2 SCOOPS HOUSE BLEND HIGH PROTEIN COFFEE

2 SCOOPS OF DESIRED FLAVOR SHAKE MEAL REPLACEMENT

2-3 CUPS 1% MILK

1/4 TSP CINNAMON

1 PUMP SUGAR FREE CARAMEL SYRUP

INSTRUCTIONS:

COMBINE IN 16 OZ MASON JAR

FILL ALMOST TO THE TOP WITH WATER

STIR & SHAKE TO MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS AR WET.

PUT IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT
